Description
Etna rosato is produced with the grapes of two native vines: Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, thanks to the “rosé” fermentation of red grapes or with the fermentation of a mixture of red and white grapes or even with a mixture of red musts and white.
It has a pinkish color tending to ruby, an intense, characteristic aroma and a dry, harmonious flavor.
