Description
It is a white wine macerated for 15 days on the skins, coming from ancient Zibibbo saplings grown in Sicily with ancient ancestral methods. It comes with sweet hints of apricot, citrus peel, dried fruit and honey that intertwine with salty and mineral tones. The sunny and Mediterranean freshness, the refined sapidity and the caressing tannin underline the sip with rhythm and vitality. Wine made as it once was with artisanal methods.
