The "Chocolate of Modica" is dark black with brown hues; rustic, almost raw,
with coarse grains of sugar left that give it, besides the particularities in taste,
a brightness of reflections almost like "marble stone";
his taste of cocoa round, velvety, which persists; the aromas in their qualities divinely accompany.
Its processing, that almost at the same cold (max 35/40 °), allows him to remain unchanged its organoleptic characteristics and therefore be able to fully enjoy the flavors and aromas of the past time.
Whatever the difference from the other types of chocolate, making it original and therefore unique.
