Vines: 50% Nero d’Avola + 50% Frappato
Tasting notes: The color is ruby red with shades of garnet. The nose shows a clear vegetable notes of red fruits on a substrate.
In the mouth has good acidity, it is fairly full, harmonious with a slight aftertaste of ripe plums.
Notes: Vinification cold maceration for 12 hours on the skins and fermentation at 16 degrees for ten days. Aging of twelve months in stainless steel and six months in bottle.
