Descrizione
Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced from the olives of the variety “Nocellara dell Etna”. The oil has a maximum acidity of 0.50% and a density of average value. Its color is green with golden yellow reflections and has a fragrance of freshly shattered olive with hints of grass. Its taste is fruity, just slightly spicy with an aftertaste of almond, artichoke and green tomato.
